Fish International 2022, which was scheduled to take place in Bremen in February, has been postponed until September.

The new dates – Sunday 4 to Tuesday 6 September, 2022 – have been announced in response to industry feedback, say the organisers, in light of the rapid spread of the Omicron Covid variant and to avoid the risk of cancellation at short notice if the situation worsens.

“In consideration of the importance of this event for the industry, we want to give the companies involved and the visitors a sense of certainty in their planning,” said M3B GmbH managing director Hans Peter Schneider.

The organisers say that Fish International is very well booked, indicating the eagerness of the industry to get back to in-person events.
