Notice is hereby given that Neart na Gaoithe Offshore Wind Limited has applied to the Scottish Ministers of the Scottish Government, under Part 4 of the Marine (Scotland) Act 2010, in respect of seabed preparation works for the construction of the Neart na Gaoithe Offshore Wind Farm at:

Dunbar Library, Bleachingfield Community Centre, Dunbar, EH42 1DX (Monday and Thursday 9am – 7pm, Tuesday 10am – 5pm, Wednesday and Friday 9am – 5pm, Saturday 10am – 1pm);

Carnoustie Library, 21 High St, Carnoustie, DD7 6AN (Monday 10am – 7pm, Tuesday 10am – 1pm, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 10am – 5pm, Saturday 10am – 4pm); and,

St. Andrews Library, Church Square, St Andrews, KY16 9NN (Monday 10am – 5pm, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 9.30am – 5pm, Thursday 10am – 7pm, Saturday 10am – 4pm).

Objections relating to safety of navigation or environmental issues in respect of the application should be made in writing to: Licensing Operations Team, Marine Scotland, Marine Laboratory, 375 Victoria Road, Aberdeen, AB11 9DB, within 28 days of the date of this notice or by email to: MS.MarineLicensing@gov.scot, quoting reference:  07102 and Neart na Gaoithe Offshore Wind Limited.

Fair Processing Notice

The Scottish Government’s Marine Scotland Licensing Operations Team (MS-LOT) determine applications for marine licences under the Marine (Scotland) Act 2010 and the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009. During the consultation process any person having an interest in the outcome of the application may make representation to MS-LOT. The representation may contain personal information, for example a name or address. This representation will only be used for the purpose of determining an application and will be stored securely in the Scottish Government’s official corporate record.
